There's something magical about Christmas at The Rose & Crown and there's a reason it's our favourite time of the year. This is our wonderful General Manager Charlotte's 4th year working the festivities at The Rose & Crown and she well and truly has things mastered - you're in very safe hands with her at the helm!

The glow of the fire, the sparkle of the tree and the smell of Christmas cooking in the air - this December, join us for a season of good food, better company and proper Rose & Crown hospitality!

Our festive menus will run from November 24th till December 24th, packed with seasonal favourites and a few surprises! We'll make sure your friends gathering, family get togethers or lazy lunches set the tone for your best festive season yet! We're offering a complimentary glass of bubbles on arrival for all festive party guests dining with us on Mondays-Thursdays from November 24th - December 18th.

On Christmas Day this year we will be open from midday until 4pm serving a beautifully curated four-course set menu so you can sit back, relax and let us do the all important Christmas Day cooking.

Group Bookings & Pre Orders
​​​​Whether you're planning an office party, full family gathering - The Rose & Crown is ready to make it a December to remember! Enquire about our private Garden Room today - seating up to 40 guests, 50 standing overlooking our green lawned gardens and rolling hills in the distance. Please read the terms and conditions in regards to your festive party or Christmas Day booking.​

Terms and conditions
For Festive Parties and Christmas Day bookings, our policy is that cancellations within 48 hours incur a deposit loss and anything on the day results in charging the meal at full price.
Festive Parties
A £10 deposit per person is required to confirm all bookings. Please note, a discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to all parties. One complimentary glass of house bubbles per guest on arrival when redeeming festive offer. All pre orders must be placed one week before your party with any dietary requirements stated. All communication regarding your party is to be made via email at info@roseandcrownfarringdon.co.uk
Christmas Day
A 50% deposit per person is required to confirm all bookings, with the remainder due on the day. Please note, a discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to all parties. All pre orders must be placed no later than the 1st December 2025, with any dietary requirements stated.
